Wireless GO (Gen 3) is the newer generation. Documented changes on the Gen 3 page: line-of-sight range up to 260 m (Gen II page states 200 m), 32-bit float on-board recording (Gen II page describes internal recording without 32-bit float), Intelligent GainAssist, locking 3.5 mm lavalier connectors, Bluetooth Direct Connect to iOS via RØDE Capture.
